Attorney Scozzafava is a partner with the firm. She has broad experience in the field of commercial litigation in both State and Federal courts with a focus on construction litigation. Attorney Scozzafava has represented numerous subcontractors with respect to litigation involving both public and private construction projects, including contract disputes, delay claims, mechanic’s liens and bond claims. Attorney Scozzafava’s practice also includes a wide variety of business litigation, including breach of contract claims, insurance coverage matters, unfair trade practices, property disputes, commercial foreclosures and bankruptcy litigation. In addition, Attorney Scozzafava handles personal injury and workers’ compensation cases and has an extensive background in insurance defense litigation, including municipal defense. Attorney Scozzafava also prosecutes and argues appeals, maintaining experience in both the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts.
