Attorney Mowad is a partner with the firm. He maintains a diverse trial practice representing individuals and corporate clients in all forms of litigation with an emphasis in criminal, family and personal injury law. Attorney Mowad has broad jury trial experience and regularly appears in courthouses throughout Connecticut. He also regularly represents clients in tax appeals at the administrative and trial court level. He has recently obtained reductions in the fair market values of his client’s properties in the tens of millions of dollars resulting in substantial tax refunds and reductions in tax liability.
