The firm represents owners, contractors and sub-contractors involved in private and public construction projects. Yamin & Grant provides advice from the bidding process through completion of a construction project. During the bidding and contracting stages of a project, we work to identify risks that may arise and determine how to best remove the risk or address it through pricing or other appropriate contract provisions. The firm also aggressively advocates for its clients when disputes arise. The firm has broad experience litigating construction claims resulting from delays, acceleration, plan and specification changes and differing site conditions, as well as design or construction deficiencies. The firm regularly prosecutes and defends mechanic’s lien and payment performance bond actions.
